It was good base for travelling to York, I was glad to stay there. The location seemed magnificent in the middle of the city.

Had 7 nights in York, spent our time here lovely. The location was good and fantastic, so close to park and ride and large supermarket and the lake. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from Knavesmire Grassy Park.

The hotel has absolutely perfect and magnificent location near to large supermarket, and a stroll round the lake. Amiable staff, couldn't ask for more. There were big beds and a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron with ironing board inside the room.

Our stay here was excellent, good choice for exploring York. The room we had included central heating, iron and ironing board, and a TV set. It had kitchen available...

We had lovely experience here, no complaint!
The location was peaceful, really close to park and ride, a stroll round the lake and large supermarket and easily accessible. Also, we where 4 km from our favourite spot Helmsley Arts Centre.

We had holiday home with bedrooms. There were a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and kitchenware in the room too.
